Happy Days Actors Sue CBS Over Happy Days Merchandise

Four of the original "Happy Days" TV show cast members are suing CBS for money that is allegedly owed to them for Happy Days merchandise sales. Don Most, Anson Williams, Erin Moran and Marion Ross filed the $10 million breach of contract suit today. A staff member of CBS has stated that they do owe the Happy Days stars money and have been working with the individuals to solve the problem. Henry Winkler, Scott Baio and Ron Howard did not join the lawsuit. Actor Henry Winkler who played the role of "The Fonz" was the most popular character, and is believed to have received his share of the merchandise sales.
