Sea World Trainer Killed - No Home Video Footage

Thousands of Internet surfers are searching for the "Killer Whale Kills Trainer Footage" and "Killer Whale Attack Video 2010." But no such video has surfaced online and if someone did tape the event on their cell phone or camcorder it has not been released to the media.

There was only around 20 people at the Sea World Show who witnessed the trainer attack and nobody at the scene captured the Dawn Brancheu "attack" video although there was some footage taken "before" the incident.

The media keeps referring to the "Killer Whale Attack" but according to a former head animal trainer at Sea World said that the killer whale likely thought the trainers pony tail was a toy and that by dragging her into the water he was playing a game.  Hardly a "vicious attack" the poor whale was not trained on how to behave with people in the water and didn't know any better.

 Here's a description of what happened between Killer Whale Tilikum and trainer Dawn Brancheu:



Killer Whale, Tilikum, is now being held a small holding tank. I personally feel that Sea World is torturing this whale. Killer Whales are not "pets," they are not "attractions", they are meant to be free in the wild. Since Sea World has made it clear that they don't "blame" the whale for what happened then why is he now in a holding tank? It looks like they are "punishing" the whale so that Sea World fans can feel better, which is ridiculous.

Shamu The Killer Whale Kills Sea World Trainer

A Killer Whale named "Shamu" in Orlando, Florida, dragged a female "Sea World" trainer into the water where she was thrashed around violently and ultimately died.

The Killer Whale also known as "Orca" is the largest species in the Dolphin family. Killer Whales who are free in the wild are not considered to be a threat to humans but Killer Whales held in captivity have attacked their trainers on occasion.

Although I feel very sorry for the Sea World trainer who was killed, I also feel sorry for the whales like "Shamu" who are forced to perform tricks all day instead of being in their natural wild habitat.

Generation Zero Documentary Trailer Preview - Video Clip

The controversial documentary "Generation Zero - The Truth About The Economical Meltdown" is creating a buzz after it's Nashville premiere. The Generation Zero documentary is produced by award winning David N. Bossie and directed by Steve K. Bannon and Alan Peterson.

From what I've read it seems as though the theme of the documentary is how selfishness of previous generations has led to the 2008 financial meltdown. I will definitely be having a look at this documentary, it seems interesting.

WWE - Undertaker Gets Burned - Accident Video

WWE Wrestler "The Undertaker" was accidentally burned in front of a live audience on stage by a pyrotechnic mishap.

The cheering audience didn't realize that the Undertaker being set on fire was not part of the show.

After being burnt the Undertaker went on to wrestle in the match, his burned skin being doused with water in during "off camera" time.

Although the burns were not severe, it's still amazing that he went on to wrestle after being injured. He's one tough dude. Here's the video clip of "The Undertaker" catching on fire:

Joran Van Der Sloot has made a second confession in the case of missing Natalee Holloway. Natalee went missing 5 years ago on a high school graduation trip to Aruba when she was 18-years-old. Investigators and parents have searched diligently over the years and have had no luck in finding out what happened to Natalee Holloway.

Joran Van Der Sloot is believed to be one of the last people to see Natalie Holloway alive, and he recently "confessed" during an interview that he disposed of Natallee Holloway's body in a marsh in Aruba. But the chief prosecutor in Aruba says that this recent confession is "very unbelievable."

Van Der Sloot made his first confession in 2008 when he was secretly taped saying that Natalee Holloway had died after having a seizure on the beach and that he disposed of her dead body but dumping it in the sea.
Later Van Der Sloot said that he made up the story to impress the person he was speaking to at the time.

"How Do I Get My Sister To Sleep With Me?" Is a Google Suggestion That Needs To Be Removed!

If you begin typing in the phrase you are looking for on Google, "suggestions" pop up. Those suggestions can be a helpful time saver for Google users but I'm curious to know who writes them?

When you begin typing in ...How do I get my....on Google, the first Google suggestion is...How do I get my sister to sleep with me? This is totally disgusting. If these Google suggestions aren't somehow automatically generated then someone working for Google needs to be reprimanded.

Maybe this is someone's idea of a joke, I don't know, but it's really not funny and the phrase needs to be removed because it's totally inappropriate. Google is awesome at solving technical glitches so let's hope they solve this one soon.

"Andrew Koenig" - Actor Who Played "Boner" On Growing Pains Is Missing

If you grew up watching the popular television show "Growing Pains" you might remember character "Mike Seaver" played by Kirk Cameron had a best friend nicknamed "Boner" played by actor Andrew Koenig.

Andrew Koenig has been missing now for a week after failing to board a scheduled airplane flight and police have come forward asking the public for tips in the case of the missing actor.

Koenig has been depressed recently and was last seen visiting friends in Vancouver, British Columbia. His family became concerned for his well being after he missed his return flight home back to Venice, California.

The Bloom Box - Power Your Own Home - 60 Minutes Video

"Bloom Energy" is making news headlines today after a 60 Minutes show revealed secretive information about "The Bloom Box" which has been under development now for a decade.

"The Bloom Box" is a green power technology that is designed to replace our current energy systems. It's much more efficient than solar energy and if the "Bloom Energy" company can lower the costs of their Bloom Boxes there will be a huge amount of savings for companies, and possibly even homeowners in the future.

Although K.R. Sridhar, the founder of Bloom Energy, has kept the whole "Bloom Box" project has pretty much been kept under wraps, large companies including Wal-Mart, Fed Ex, and Ebay have been testing the Bloom Boxes out and are reporting good results. The first company to have the new "Bloom Box" green power technology installed was Google.

A single "Bloom Box" block has enough power to run an average European home, and it will take two Bloom Boxes to power the average American home which uses twice as much power.

The "Bloom Energy" project has received $400,000 million in private funding in the hopes that this will be the future of green energy power.

Madonna's Brazilian boyfriend Jesus Luz must be having some influence over the material girl because she's developed a love for coconut water a drink common in Brazil.

Madonna began drinking "coconut water" on her "Sticky & Sweet Tour" replacing coffee with the much healthier choice.

Now Madonna has decided to invest $1.5 million in Vita Coco Coconut water which is made in Brazil and then imported to the U.S.

Madonna isn't the only celebrity interested in this new healthy drink, Mathew McConaughey and Demi Moore have also decided to invest in the "coconut water."

Scotty Lago Photo Controversy - Pictures Of Girl Kissing Medal

Olympic snowboarder Scotty Lago, 22, won a bronze medal for the United States at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. But after photos of Scotty Lago goofing around with a girl who is kissing his bronze Olympic medal  have become public the snowboarder has "volunteered" to leave the Olympics.

Although some  reports suggested that the girl kissing Scotty Lago's medal was his girlfriend, according to a CNN News report the girl in the photos is actually a fan.

Some people believe that the Scotty Lago pictures are being taking too seriously, especially since he's a "snowboarder." But I personally think if you're stupid enough to take pictures like these at an Olympic event  then you don't deserve to me among "the best in the world."

Hopeful Olympians spend years working towards winning a medal, seriously, show some respect.

Shaun White Olympic Practice Fall - Face Plant Video

Olympic Gold Medal snowboarder Shaun White managed to win a gold medal (see his winning snowboard runs here) for the United States even after falling during his practice run and slamming his face on the hard ice.

Friends and fans were wondering if he'd be able to keep going after the wipe out, but Shaun had no problems pulling off great snowboarding stunts even though that fall had to have hurt a lot.

I remember as a kid our family going on vacations in our "Prowler" motorhome. I thought it was so cool because we had a tiny kitchen and bathroom with a shower. It was pretty decent for the 1970's but it was nothing compared to the "high tech" motorhomes that are available today.

Gordon Lightfoot Death - Huge Internet Hoax

I was listening to the radio today when I heard the sad news that folk singer Gordon Lightfoot had died today at the age of 71. Gordon Lightfoot is a Canadian icon who began his music career at the young age of 5.

Later when I went online I was shocked to see that the news of Gordon Lightfoot's death was nothing more than an Internet hoax. Gordon Lightfoot's representative confirmed that the singer is very much alive and well today and thankfully he's taking the rumors of his death in stride.

There are tons of false celebrity deaths announced on the Internet everyday but the big difference this time is that the Canadian media picked up on the story and well known "quality" news radio stations and news websites ran this story as fact today.

Apparently this Gordon Lightfoot death rumor began on Twitter. Instead of relying on social networking sites for information, the media needs to take extra steps to make sure news stories are accurate, even if it means someone else might beat them to the story.

Joseph Andrew Stack Crashed Plane Into Texas Building

Pilot Joseph Andrew Stack, 53, reportedly set his house on fire after having an argument with his wife, then hopped aboard a Piper Cherokee PA-20 airplane, flying it directly into a Texas building.

Joseph stack, who did not survive the crash, chose to fly into the building because he was angry with the IRS and the Internal Revenue Service had an office at that location. Miraculously there are no reported injuries or deaths.

For the past few days the top Google Internet searches have been for information about the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games, that is until golfer "Tiger Woods" announced that he'd be holding a "press conference" this Friday, February 19, 2010. Tiger Woods press conference has become big news and he hasn't even said anything yet.

According to rumors Tiger Woods has been spending time in a "sex rehab" program in an attempt to save his marriage and his pro-golf career. There's no word yet on what Tiger Woods is planning on saying in this Friday's press conference and celebrity gossip sites and TV shows are going to have a great time guessing what Tiger Woods will say and do.

Family Day In Ontario - February 15, 2010

Today is "Family Day" here in Ontario Canada. Which means no school for children today and most parents receive a paid day off of work. Most businesses are closed today. In our town "Tim Hortons" is open for a while today as well as "Wal-Mart" so not everything is completely shut down.

We Are The World 2010 - The Official You Tube Video

The new "We Are The World For Haiti 2010" video had been released, and is available on You Tube. The video features a ton of celebrities including Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus, Pink, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, Britney Spears, and many more.

I am a huge fan of the 1980's original "We Are The World Video" and think that the new 2010 version sucks. I really expected it to be fantastic, and although many of the singers in the video are my favorites, when the whole thing is put together it is (in my opinion) terrible.

Instead of putting together a remake of "We Are The World" I think they should have written a brand new song for this generation. The fact that they used the old song with the new artists, and included Michael Jackson's original segments was just too weird.

Luge Accident - Olympic Luger Dies During Whistler Practice

An Olympic "luge slider" from Georgia, United States was accidentally killed today during a Pre-Olympic practice in Whistler, British Columbia. Nodar Kumaritashvili was 21 years-old and the 44th fastest "luge slider" in the world.

When Heidi went to see her mother after she healed from her multiple surgeries, Heidi said she looked at her like she was a monster. Not surprising since she didn't give birth to a Barbie.

Heidi Montag was on the cover of People Magazine a few weeks ago, and the issue included graphic plastic surgery photos and a candid interview. Heidi told "People" she is only doing what all of the other stars are doing and that she feels she needs the surgeries to compete in the music industry.

I have a hard time understanding the way Heidi sees plastic surgery as a "must have." We're not talking about popping the best weight loss pills or getting hair extensions, we're talking about heavy duty facial reconstruction.

When is Heidi Montag from the reality show "The Hills" realize that it takes a lot more than looking like a Barbie to become a famous singer? She would need to have a great voice and an actual musical style, it's not just hard work but it  takes a lot of natural talent. Here's more on Heidi Montag's recent plastic surgeries:

John Mayer Playboy Interview - CNN Video Clip

John Mayer has taken being a "male chauvinist pig" to a whole new level after talking about the "great sex" he had with his ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson in a recent Playboy Magazine interview.

He also went on to use the socially unacceptable "N" word during the interview and then later apologized via the social networking site "Twitter."

I've never been able to figure out what women see in this guy. I think they are attracted to him because he thinks he's so fantastic they think there has to be something great about him. But I'm not sure there really is.

Cyndi Lauper was my hero in the 80's and Lady Gaga is now my current hero. What I love about Cyndi and Gaga are the fact that they do not meet the strict Hollywood beauty standard but they aren't afraid to get out there and strut their stuff.

Fashion Designer Alexander McQueen Commits Suicide At The Age Of 40

The successful fashion designer Alexander McQueen was found dead in his apartment today, February 11, 2010.

Alexander McQueen was known for creating wild and outrageous clothing designs.

The 40-year-old designer was not only talented but well loved among the stars, including singers Rihanna and Lady Gaga, and actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

McQueen lost his close friend designer Isabella Blow in 2007 after she commit suicide at the age of 48.

Ellen DeGeneres On America Idol - Hollywood Week With Ellen

Ellen DeGeneres made her debut as the new American Idol judge this week during the show's "Hollywood Week." Everyone is comparing "Ellen" to former American Idol judge "Paula Abdul."

I liked Paula and "Simon, Randy, and Paula" were definitely a team, but I don't think that she added enough to the show to really miss her all that much.

I loved see Ellen DeGeneres on the show but I was surprised at how serious she was. I think that Ellen wants to show the American Idol viewers that she's taking the whole "judge" thing seriously. Hopefully once the actual competition begins she'll go back to her usual funny self.

Celebrity couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have enough of all of the false rumors being published about the two of them splitting up.

The couple has reportedly decided to sue a British tabloid with ran a story about the couple's supposed break-up. The story allegedly went as far as to say that Brad and Angelina had been to a lawyer to discuss break-up details and child custody agreements.

Real Life Sleeping Beauty - Louisa Ball Sleeps Weeks At a Time

"The Today Show" featured an interesting segment on "real life sleeping beauty" Louisa Ball. Louisa Ball is a fifteen-year-old high school student with a passion for dance, who suffers with the very rare Kleine Levin Syndrome, which is known as the sleeping beauty disease.

People who suffer with Klein Levin Syndrome experience bouts of sleepiness that are so severe they cannot function. They become groggy, cranky, and of course extremely sleepy while awake, and will sleep for days, or even weeks at a time.

Not much is known about this rare sleep disorder and there are only around 1000 people from around the world who have been diagnosed with the sleeping beauty syndrome.

Louise Ball feels great for weeks at a time until the sleepiness takes over causing her to crash into another sleep episode. Her mother says that she practically has to force feed her during these sleep episodes to keep her alive.

There is a chance that Louise Ball will grow out of the condition, but more studies on Klein Levin Syndrome need to be done before there are any sort of concrete predictions can be made.

Keith Urban - Drug Rehab Success Story

After hearing about "Tiger Woods" trying to save his marriage by going through "sex rehab" I thought about Keith Urban.

Keith Urban faced a troubled future until he went into a rehab facility. Keith Urban and his wife Nicole Kidman now have a brighter future ahead of them.

It's hard to believe that Tiger Woods wife Elin Nordegren could ever forgive her husband for his numerous affairs. But you never know, Tiger and Elin may end up living happily after if he can learn how to behave in a new way.

Sex rehab is much like drug rehab in that participants receive counseling to work on their deepest issues. If Tiger Woods is truly a "sex addict" and not just a cheater, he has a good chance at reforming.

Michael Jackson's personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in relation to Michael Jackson's death.

A formal criminal complaint alleging Dr. Conrad Murray "did unlawfully and without malice kill Michael Joseph Jackson" has been filed.

Safe Weekly Weight Loss Amounts

Is there really such a thing as quick weight loss? Fitness guru's like Bob Greene say that you can expect around a 3 pound weight loss per week if you eat healthy low fat foods and stick to a fat burning exercise regimen.

But if you look at the contestants on "The Biggest Loser" reality show they are losing a heck of a lot more weight than a few pounds a week. Some of the contestants lose over 10 pounds every week.

I know that you can lose water weight, or if you do a cleanse you can lose some extra weight as well, but I don't understand how anyone could consistently lose large amounts of weight each week, especially those who are working out and gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat.

I'm guessing that the amount of pounds lost per week has something to do with how overweight the individual is, here is a video clip talking about safe weight loss ranges:

It took me a few seasons before I began to get into "The Biggest Loser" show. Believe it or not my favorite part of the show are the personal trainers. I love watching them kick everyone's butts into action. And of course who doesn't like watching "The Biggest Loser" weigh-ins? Before "The Biggest Loser" show I had no clue that somebody could lose 10 pounds in a week, it's insane.

NBC Dateline - The Secret Life Of Micheal Jackson - Michael Flatley Preview Video

This Friday, February 5, 2010 Dateline NBC will be airing the "Secret Life Of Michael Jackson" episode.

I like Dateline NBC but when I first heard of the Michael Jackson special I thought it was probably going to be just more of the same Michael Jackson stuff I've already seen.

But then I saw this Dateline NBC "Secret Life Of Michael Jackson" preview video which features Michael Flatley talking about his time spent with Michael Jackson.


Michael Flatley is one of the world's best dancers and creator of "Lord of the Dance." Apparently Michael Jackson hung out with Michael Flatley in him mansion in Ireland and the pair even danced together.

I'm a huge Michael Flatley fan and Michael Jackson fan, and picturing the two together in Ireland is definitely interesting.

This Dateline preview clip definitely caught my attention so I'll be checking out tonight's show to find out more about "The Secret Life Of Michael Jackson."
