Erik Gates Of Mythbusters Dies In Freak Fall - December 2009

Amateur rocket expert Erik Gates who appeared on the Discovery Channel show "Mythbusters" has died after an accidental fall off of a building.

Erik Gates was working with a colleague on the rooftop of the Xirrus Inc Building at 2101 Corporate Center Drive in Newburry Park when he accidentally fell 30 feet down. Gates was 47-year-old.
