I was shocked to find out that one of my favorite young actresses, Brittany Murphy, died today, December 20, 2009, at the age of 32. Like everyone else I'm wondering what happened to the star, but so far police have not released any further information other than the confirmation of Brittany Murphy's death.
Brittany Murphy once dated Ashton Kutcher but ended up marrying British screenwriter Simon Monjack in May of 2007. Murphy started acting at the age of 14 and starred in numerous successful movies including 8 Mile, Girl Interrupted, Uptown Girls, Sin City, Little Black Book, The Groomsmen, and Clueless.
Murphy was a wonderful actress and she's definitely going to be missed by many.
