Brandon Patch Lawsuit - Brandon Family Website

18-year-old Brandon Patch was accidentally killed during a 2003 baseball game after being hit by a ball which deflected off an aluminum bat. Brandon Patch was the pitcher for the "American Legion" game.

Brandon's mother, Debbie Patch, went on a quest to warn others of the dangers of aluminum bats and has now won a law suit against Hillerich & Bradsby Co., the maker of the aluminum bat.
