Wrinkle Reducers - What's Your Anti Aging Secret?

I've tried a few different types of "wrinkle creams" but wonder how much they actually help stunt the aging process. I'll be turning 37 in a couple of weeks and am at the age where I feel I have to begin using anti aging products before it's too late!

I personally don't spend a lot of money on wrinkle creams, and usually choose cheaper Drug Store brands when I do purchase anti aging products. But that will likely change when I hit my forties.

Another product that helps reduce wrinkles are "frownies." I have tried out the product and personally find that they're a bit uncomfortable to wear, and even though they worked great for me, in my case the great results didn't last long enough for it to be worth it for me to keep using the product.

Some people swear that sleeping on a "satin pillow" will prevent the skin from developing wrinkles, but I haven't become desperate enough to give that one a try yet.
