VIDEO - Mark Sanford Admits Affair After Return From Argentina

South Carolina Governor Mark Stanford held a press conference today to admit to the public that his "running away to Argentina" had something to do with having a long distance love affair. Stanford said that he's been cheating on his wife with a woman he became friends with eight years ago.

The relationship between the Governor and his mistress started out as an Internet friendship and grew over time into a full blown affair. During the press conference Mark Sanford said that he cried for 5 days in Beuno Aires, Argentina.

He had told his staff that he was getting away to clear his head and apparently did not even tell his wife he was leaving, let alone let her know it was to Argentina.
