Preparing For The April 1st Conficker Worm - Protect Your Computer - March 31, 2009

The Conficker worm is already embedded in many personal computer's and is expected to do something (although nobody knows exactly what) on April 1, 2009. Whether the worm will cause damage to computers, give the hackers access to personal information like credit card or bank accounts, or is just a big hoax is unknown but Microsoft is taking the Conficker worm seriously sending out warnings and offering a $250,000 award for the conviction of the Conficker worm culprit.
