I could hardly believe the news of John Travolta's son dying suddenly on a family holiday. John Travolta and Kelly Preston's entire life revolves around their two children Jett and Ella Bleu.The Travolta family was visiting Grand Bahama Island and staying at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel when their son Jett Travolta, 16, died today, January 2 2009, after falling and hitting his head in the bathtub.
Some reports state that a Jett Travolta had a seizure which led to the fall but those reports have not been confirmed. Reports of Jett Travolta having Kawasaki disease have also been made but if you know anything about Kawasaki syndrome it is a condition that is treatable and usually affects children under the age of 5 years.
Jett Travolta contracted Kawasaki disease when he was two years old and suffered long lasting effects including a developmental disability which some groups claimed was actually autism but his parents denied that the problems their son had were due to autism.
You can see Jett Travolta with his little sister Ella Bleu, 8, and parents as they were video taped by Paparazzi recently in Paris. John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston were very gracious to photographers and fans while they took pictures. My deepest condolences go out to the Travolta family. This is such a horrible tragedy for them to have to endure.
