Today Bob May died of heart failure at the age of 69. Bob May played the robot B9 on the television show "Lost in Space" which aired between 1965 and 1968.I remember watching "Lost In Space" reruns in the 70's and my favorite characters were Judy and Will Robinson and the robot! It was a great show and although it's hard to believe it seemed technically advanced back then.
Actor Guy Williams played Doctor John Robinson and the role of his wife Maureen Robinson was played by actress June Lockhart. The roles of the three Robinson children June, Penny, and Will were played by young actors Marta Kristen, Angela Cartwright, and Billy Mumy. Bob May will be missed:
