The Home Depot is cutting 7,000 jobs and closing 34 EXPO Design Center stores located in the United States due to poor performance.Another 2,000 layoffs will affect the support staff working at The Home Depot Cobb County Headquarters.
The layoffs and store closings will take place over the next two months. This current announcement does not affect the employees working at the regular Home Depot stores.
