The winners of this season's "Dancing With The Stars" TV show are Brooke Burke and Derek Hough, 23. Brooke Burke is absolutely gorgeous (I can't believe she's 37) and I wasn't surprised that she won. Both Brooke and Derek are incredible dancer's, here is their final dance (a waltz) on the 2008 season finale episode of Dancing With the Stars:
