Canadian Stripper Fired For Being Too Old - Sues Strip Club

Kimberlee Ouwroulis is making headlines today for suing her former employer for age discrimination. What makes this story so interesting is the fact that Kimberlee Ouwroulis is a 44-year old stripper who is suing the Toronto, Ontario area strip club that fired her saying "Your time is up here."

The Canadian stripper has brought her case to Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Ouwroulis began stripping when she was 40-years-old after her divorce.

I say "get a life." If you choose to take your clothes off for a living you should expect there to be a time limit. Just like athletes and authentic dancers there is a point in which you hang up your thigh high boots and move on to a more suitable profession. Even the most famous actresses have trouble getting decent acting roles after the age of 40. It may not be fair but in industries where looks are all that matters that's simply the way it is.
