People Going Bananas Over The New Morning Banana Diet


The morning banana diet began in Japan and is now quickly catching on in North America. This diet is so simple I can't understand what all of the big hype is about. The basis for the diet is eating a banana for breakfast and going to bed before midnight.

After reading the morning banana diet details I realize I've been on this diet now for the past three years. I often eat a banana for breakfast and I always go to bed before midnight, I even exercise to boot!

I don't think this diet would do much for the average person who already eats healthily but I suppose for someone who regularly chows down on pizza and chicken wings for breakfast switching to a banana (or any fruit) will help them to cut calories and lose weight.
