Number one on Google Trends this afternoon is a website I've never heard of before, Ziggs.com. According to about a dozen blog posts I've just read you can use the some of the features of this website to find out who is searching for you on Google.
I spent a whole 30 seconds on the website before it crashed, likely due to server overload. It looks like I'm not the only person who wants to find out who has Googled me.
I can't wait until the Ziggs.com site is up and running again so I can check it out and see for myself if the rumors are true. Is there really away to find out who is Googling us? If it is true just remember it means that others can find out that you've been Googling them! Which could lead to some potentially akward or even embarassing situations.
Update October 1, 2008 - I signed up for Ziggs.com and so far cannot find any such googling feature. I'm finding the site confusing and I'm not actually sure what it's for. But when I figure it out I'll be back for another Ziggs.com update.
