Believe it or not a woman standing only 28 1/2 inches tall gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Makaia, who was 18 inches in length at birth.
This is a second child for Stacey Herald, 33, of Kentucky, and her husband who is a Minister that praises her great mothering skills.
Stacey Herald will likely make it into the Guinness Book Of World Records for being the shortest woman to ever give birth.
